Half Day Brewing Company

Half Day Brewing Company draws their name from their hometown of Half Day. Though many say that the town is named Half Day due to its driving distance from Chicago, the true origin is the name of a famous Potawatomi tribe chief, Halfda. Their handcrafted, house-brewed beers pay homage to this origin, with offerings like Chieftain Session IPA and Tomahop Imperial IPA. Their beer is paired with an artesian menu of American-inspired eats.
